The rotating plunger pump is comprised of rotors with 5 plungers. It could mix granules evenly with ice cream slurry discharging from the continuous freezer. Rotors could seal the fruit slurry inlet exactly during rotation, causing ice cream slurry to be isolated from the surrounding air. During the cyclic operation of rotors, when plungers reach the ice cream slurry, they will be ejected automatically and push fruit granules into the ice cream slurry. The stepless adjustment can be made for the running speed of rotors through the potentiometer.
