production process
The machine is equipped with an indexer to drive the conveyor chain to move forward step by step, and the indexer is powered by a motor driven by a frequency changer. The conveying chain is equipped with a template, and the ice cream container is placed on the template and moves with the template. A series of functional trolleys inject or sprinkle ice cream and other ingredients (such as chocolate, dried fruit granules, biscuits, etc.) into the container according to the standard set amount. The whole perfusion process includes the following stages:
• The container is placed directly on the template by the release device and moves with the template.
• The pouring operation shall be carried out according to the preset procedures, and all functional trolleys on the operation surface shall be started for pouring at the same time.
• The container is sealed with protective film or tight flap, or it can be sealed directly by heat.
• The finished product can be pulled out by the manipulator or taken out manually.
