Packing

 

The sealing structure freezer A1500 is usually secured in a wooden box and is fixed on the baseplate of the transport box. When completing the devanning operation, please move the box closer to the installation site.

After receipting the freezer, make sure that the wooden box is moved as close to the operating site as possible. The transmission of the freezer can be performed by a forklift or crane (placing the lifting structure of crane under the bottom plate).

The machine mixes clean air into the ice cream to obtain the required expansion rate, and at the same time cools and stirs the ice cream mixed with air to make viscous ice cream products, and provides sufficient pressure to transport the ice cream to the destination through the pipeline.

The machine consists of the following parts to have different kinds of functions:

  • Air filtration system is used to clean compressed air.
  • The pump is used to transport the slurry mixed with clean air from the curing cylinder to the freezing cylinder.
  • Air flow agent" is used to adjust the amount of air entering the slurry.
  • The freezing cylinder is equipped with agitator and scraper. In the freezing cylinder, air and slurry are evenly mixed and cooled until they become viscous.
