Packing

 

The freezer, which is designed as a self-sealing machine, is usually packaged in a wooden box and fixed on the baseboard. The unpacking operation should be processed near the installation site.

The wooden box which carried the A50L automatic and continuous ice cream freezer should be moved near to the operating site as far as possible when receiving. The transport of the freezer can be done by forklift or crane (place the lifting structure under the baseboard).

Refrigeration system

 

The freezing cylinder is refrigerated by the Freon compressor brought by itself, and the stirring scraper located in the freezing cylinder mixes the air into the slurry, and then a stainless steel stirring scraper with a blade which continuously rotates at a certain speed along the inner surface of the freezing cylinder and finally the ice cream discharges out of the discharging pipe.
